Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

    Estimated delivery within 4-5 working days from dispatch.

• • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £35.99.

We currently deliver only within the UK and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update. 

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please Contact Us. While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to courier services or external factors.


Important International delivery information:

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom, and as such may be subject to additional
customs duties or taxes upon arrival in your destination country. Please note that Seoul Magic’s
not responsible for any customs charges or taxes applied to your order, as all fees incurred during
or after shipping(taris, taxes,etc) are the responsibility of the customer.

If there has been no progress with your shipment within 14 days or you have issues with your

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

• • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please complete the Send a message form available on our Contact Us page. Provide the following details:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the product. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for your return.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or not in their original condition unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
